SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped with UPS. UPS delivers directly to your home. In most European countries, UPS delivers to the nearest Service Point if you are not home to ensure faster deliveries and competitive shipping rates. Express orders will be sent directly to the provided shipping address.

DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for orders delayed in transit or held in customs. Please note that all estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped.
Prices shown on our website for customers in the European Union include VAT. For customers outside of the European Union, prices are displayed excluding VAT.
All orders outside of the European Union (including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway) are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the final price does not include taxes or duties, and your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties imposed by the destination country.

RETURNS
Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. If you would like to change to a different size or item, please place a new order. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, including their original packaging.
Concept Surplus provides with a link to create shipping labels and applies location-based fees for returns:
- 50 DKK for Denmark
- 15 EUR for Europe
- 40 USD for the rest of the world
Please note that the cost of the return label is covered by the customer and equals the original shipping fee paid
These fees include any potential customs fees and duties that may apply.
We strongly recommend using our shipping label for returns. This ensures a smooth return process with no unexpected costs due to country-specific import regulations and policies.
No pick up from Access Point
If a package is not collected from the access point and is returned to Concept Surplus, a new shipment must be arranged by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the new shipping label.
